I've been going to Lane & Associates Family Dentistry at Durham Miami for my dental cleanings and exams, and I've had nothing but positive experiences. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. From the moment you walk in, everyone at the front desk makes you feel comfortable. The hygienists do an excellent job with cleanings they're thorough, gentle, and take the time to explain what they're doing without making you feel rushed. The dentists are also very knowledgeable and perform detailed dental exams, making sure to answer any questions or concerns. What stands out the most is how patient and kind everyone is. They take the time to make sure you're comfortable throughout your visit, which really helps if you're someone who gets nervous about going to the dentist. The office is clean, well-organized, and appointments have always been smooth and efficient. I had a great visit! Nickkie was wonderful. She helped me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I would have been much more nervous without her. Dr. Mao was also great. He was professional, caring and gave good advice when it came to my treatment plan. I am glad that I chose to visit this office.

Dr. Webb was amazing! She was very thorough during my appointment and took the time to explain all of the issues with my teeth in a way I could understand. She made me feel comfortable and truly cared about my dental health. Her assistants were wonderful as well—friendly, professional, and made the entire visit a great experience. Facility is beautiful. Staff is amazing and very efficient. Nickkie (love her!) took the time to understand my pain and my particular situation. Dr. Mao was so friendly, thorough and explained my diagnosis in very understandable detail. Checkout staff was quick and knowledgeable. 5 star experience!
